Driftwood Lodge Resort Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and Canada.
Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Driftwood Lodge Resort are not eligible to participate.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

The prize consists of a three-night, four-day stay in a 2-bedroom cabin at Driftwood Lodge Resort, located at 9961 Blue Waters Way, Kabetogama, MN 56669.
The stay must be booked for dates between September 27, 2025, and October 4, 2025.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
If the prize is not booked within the specified dates, it will be forfeited.

The giveaway begins on June 25, 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM CDT on July 15, 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

Entrants must complete the official entry form provided by Driftwood Lodge Resort.
By entering, participants agree to sign up for email marketing messages from Driftwood Lodge Resort. We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your information with third parties.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries within three (3) days after the giveaway closes (by July 18, 2025).
The winner will be notified via email at the address provided during entry.
The winner must respond to the notification email within 72 hours to accept the prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be drawn randomly.
The winner’s name may be announced on Driftwood Lodge Resort’s website and social media channels, unless prohibited by law.

Driftwood Lodge Resort reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Driftwood Lodge Resort, which are final and binding.
The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Driftwood Lodge Resort is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the giveaway.
Participants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this giveaway or use of the prize.

Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and for sending email marketing messages from Driftwood Lodge Resort.
Driftwood Lodge Resort will not sell or share your information with third parties.
